1. Reception

Reception will be held on September 7 evening at the International Conference Hall. All the registered participants and their accompanying persons will be invited. Details will be announced later.

2. Excursion

	Excursion to Kinkakuji temple and Nijo Castle. A bus tour is scheduled on September 9 afternoon. Any participants and their accompanying members are welcome to join us. The fee is 3,000 JPY for each person and will be collected at the registration desk. Those who will join the excursion are requested to mark a suitable place at the online registration.

3. Banquet

	After the excursion, a banquet is planned to be held at the restaurant Ganko Takasegawa Nijoen from 18:30 to 20:30. The fee is 6,000 JPY for each. (Special menu may be available for children with a reduced price.)
